1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Wishbiu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the service.
2. Service description
Wishbiu is a platform that allows users to create wishlists of beauty services, share them with other people, and receive those services as gifts. We act as intermediaries between users and verified beauty businesses.
3. User accounts
To use certain features of Wishbiu, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wishbiu for illegal activities, sending spam or unsolicited content, impersonating other people, interfering with platform operation, uploading offensive or inappropriate content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
5. Transactions and payments
All gift transactions are processed through our certified payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the corresponding payment processor. Wishbiu does not store credit card information. Refunds are managed according to our refund policy available in the Help Center.
6. Intellectual property
Wishbiu's content, including logos, designs, text, and interfaces, is the property of Wishbiu S.A. de C.V. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Wishbiu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service or the quality of services provided by beauty businesses. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
